Pamoja to Sustain (PTS) is a Kenyan nonprofit organization, established in 2023, committed to fostering a resilient, nourished, and sustainable world. We drive positive change through our work in climate action, food security, and child welfare.
Our mission is to empower communities with innovative, inclusive, and data-driven solutions, advancing equity, environmental responsibility, and social justice, with a focus on the most vulnerable: children and smallholder farmers.
