Pamoja to Sustain was founded in 2023 by three passionate leaders driven by a shared mission to promote sustainable development, climate action, food security, and child welfare in Kenya. As both founders and directors, Brendan Mutua Muli, Thaddeus Sereti Ombati, and Laucadear Rosa Nana Sikudi lead the organization with deep expertise, dedication, and a commitment to equity, innovation, and impact.

Brendan Mutua Muli
Director Head of Finance, Resource Mobilization & Strategic PlanningBrendan leads financial stewardship, resource mobilization, and strategic planning at Pamoja to Sustain. This pivotal role involves fiscal management, securing funds, and aligning resources with organizational goals. By steering strategic planning, he ensures sustainable growth and the realization of the organization’s visionary objectives, while also managing donor and stakeholder relations.
Thaddeus Sereti Ombati
Director of Monitoring, Research, Evaluation & Technology InnovationsThaddeus orchestrates data-driven strategies across PTS’s programmes, overseeing meticulous research, impactful evaluation, and pioneering technological advancements. This role strengthens informed decision-making through continuous monitoring, evaluations, and systems strengthening, including organizational capacity assessments, baselines, midlines, and endlines, empowering the organization to evolve, optimize efficiency, and achieve transformative outcomes.
Laucadear Rosa Nana Sikudi
Director of Communication, Marketing & International RelationsRosa drives global outreach and brand resonance for Pamoja to Sustain, leading innovative communication strategies and international collaboration. By amplifying messaging and fostering relationships, she enhances the organization’s visibility, engagement, and cross-cultural understanding for continued impact on the global stage.
