Pamoja to Sustain was founded in 2023 by three passionate leaders driven by a shared mission to promote sustainable development, climate action, food security, and child welfare in Kenya. As both founders and directors, Brendan Mutua Muli, Thaddeus Sereti Ombati, and Laucadear Rosa Nana Sikudi lead the organization with deep expertise, dedication, and a commitment to equity, innovation, and impact.

Brendan Mutua Muli

Founder & Director – Finance, Resource Mobilization, Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and Legal Affairs

Brendan plays a central role in the financial and strategic growth of Pamoja to Sustain. He leads the organization’s financial stewardship, resource mobilization efforts, and long-term planning. In addition, he oversees talent development, staff well-being, and legal compliance, ensuring the organization operates within ethical and legal frameworks.

Thaddeus Sereti Ombati

Founder & Director – Food Security, Climate Change, Natural Resource Management, Monitoring, Research, Evaluation, and Technology Innovations

Thaddeus leads efforts around sustainable agriculture, climate change response, and environmental conservation. His work integrates research, data-driven evaluation, and tech innovation to inform and strengthen programs that improve community resilience and ecosystem sustainability.

Laucadear Rosa Nana Sikudi

Founder & Director – Child Welfare, Health, Community Development, Communications, Marketing, and International Relations

Rosa drives initiatives that support child rights, public health, and community empowerment. She also leads the organization’s branding, communication strategies, and global partnerships to amplify impact and foster international collaboration.
